Private Half Day Tour Santorini Highlights with Sunset

Our first stop will be the northest part of the island. Nestled on the cliffside, above the Aegean Sea, Oia is considered by many throughout the world to be one of the most charming places to visit, due to its traditional features, peaceful atmosphere, and magnificent view. In Oia we will have the chance to walk around the alleys and see the famous Captains’ houses.
Our next stop is the Castelli of Pyrgos! Pyrgos is the largest preserved village on Santorini and the island’s First capital. The picturesque alleys and the countless churches make a worth visiting place! There we you will have time to walk and explore the preserved part of the Pyrgos and from the top of the village get the most amazing panoramic photos of the island!
Continuing, our next stop is the Monastery of Profitis Ilias at the top of the mountain. Profitis Ilias Monastery is set on the highest point of Santorini, has a very long and important history and offers fantastic viewpoints over the island! While we have our stop there you can also get inside a Church and try some of the local delicacies that the monks produce by themselves.
Our last stop is the Santo Winery, which is one of the most modern wineries in Santorini. The Union of Santorini Cooperatives, SantoWines was founded in 1947and it consists of the largest organization of the island representing all the cultivators. As SantoWines is committed to safeguarding the local traditional cultivations, they produce highest quality Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Santorini wines and products. We have chosen this venue to close our tour and settle here to enjoy the Sunset as the ambience and the view is unique all year round! In respect to individual preferences we have not included the wine tasting in the tour so that you feel free to choose from a variety of products that are offered in the venue on your own.
